RFM offers free ground shipping on all orders within the continental US.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your next favorite outerwear piece to you within 3-5 business days. International (non-US) destinations will take additional time.

We’re just as excited to get our collection in your hands as you are. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

We currently ship within the US, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, The Phillippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, The UAE, The UK, and Vietnam. RETURNS


Items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Items must be returned to RFM within 30 days of purchase. A shipping label will be provided by RFM for valid domestic (US) returns. Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for return shipping and associated fees.
